Well, I'm playing through the last bits of Tales of Legendia and guess where I am? The dreaded

Wings of Light! Well, going through the first two areas weren't as bad as I expected, the only things that bugged me were the random battles and the fact that Holy Bottles work, but not as well as I hope. The bright side is, the more I fight the closer Shirley gets to learning Tidal Wave. Two more levels I think? Maybe three. Anywho, the last bits of the game are mostly about Grune, otherwise known as G-Girl by Norma and The Weaver of Time by Schwartz. It
is her character quest after all, and the last one at that. She is the most mysterious character that joins your party throughout the whole game. She is amnesiac and is clueless as to who she is. Also her personality leaves a lot to be desired. Nonetheless she's hilarious and I grew to like her character quite a lot. It's too bad the Character Quests aren't voiced in the localized version, everyone would feel a lot more important than just Senel and Shirley.
Although Grune is an awesome character, I don't play as her that often for some reason. Partially because I don't need her that

much and I like to be Shirley. Norma, and two Iron Erens are especially important if I want to be a spellcaster in Tales of Legendia. Oh well, I'll be her instead of Shirley for a while I guess. Shirley being in the party lets her grow faster though, and that means Tidal Wave! Only two more areas left, well 1.5 really, I'm halfway (or m0re) through the Wings of Light (Yay!) and then I have to go back to the Altar of the Sea and to the Cradle of Time for like 7 boss fights. Haha, that's going to be fun. Well at least after I beat Schwartz at the Wings of Light, I'll finally be able to hear Grune's true voice and see her true personality! I'm pretty sure it's going to be a lot more serious than her un-awakened one. I'm just so excited to finally be able to finish Tales of Legendia and find out what Grune's purpose is. She was just there in the Main Quest really, but now I get to see why she was just there! Hopefully, next time I blog I'll have beaten the game. :D
